  • When selecting your item(s), please choose carefully as Simply Alfie does not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

  • All orders are packaged carefully and sent via Australia Post. If for some reason your order arrives damaged. please ensure you get in contact with us as soon as possible via hello@simplyalfie.com.au

  • As each piece is individually handmade, no two pieces are ever the same. Please note that there may be slight colour variations between screens.

  • If there is an item you see that is currently out of stock, don't hesitate to get in contact to see if a similar piece can be made.

  • All orders placed will be sent off within 2-4 business days. At checkout you will have the option to select either standard of express shipping. Please note that by selecting express shipping this does not alter your orders dispatch time.

  • Your privacy is very important to us. Information collected is only used for processing your order and is not shared with any third parties.
